What you will do

• Manage regional repossessed vehicle inventory and maintain auction vendor relationships.
• Oversee vehicle assessment, reconditioning, and sale preparation to maximize net recovery.
• Monitor vendor performance against company guidelines and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures and inventory preparation effectiveness.
• Negotiate arbitration claims and identify market arbitrage opportunities.
• Audit auction expenses and manage travel-related reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5 years of related automotive or remarketing experience.
• Experience with vehicle valuation and wholesale remarketing channels.
• Understanding of macro and region-level automotive trends and used vehicle pricing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NAAA auction policies.
