What you will do

  • Lead and provide strategic leadership to multiple teams of Territory Account Executives across North America.
  • Coach and mentor team members to handle higher complexity accounts and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic directions aligned with Territory Sales Division goals.
  • Analyze year-over-year productivity and implement operational efficiency improvements.
  • Create and refine sales management processes and best practices for the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to ensure strong customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of results.
  • 1-2 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead and manage large teams in excess of 10 employees.
  • Strong business and industry acumen with the ability to execute strategic programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Location: Must be based in Vancouver, British Columbia
