What you will do

• Lead end-to-end experimentation for marketing, including A/B test design, analysis, and results interpretation.
• Drive marketing effectiveness using marketing mix modeling (MMM) and related performance analyses.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks incorporating simulations and causal inference to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau and Databricks to increase visibility into performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance data quality and build transformation pipelines using dbt.
• Mentor junior team members and champion data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience using data to solve complex business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in Tableau and Databricks.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis and experience designing and interpreting experiments.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution and dbt.
