Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Own account relationships, revenue, contracts, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve product quality and accelerate root cause analysis.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on the quality and inspection problem space.
- Project manage the delivery and adoption of technical solutions.
- Manage renewal processes to mitigate churn and maintain account health.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for product expansion.
Requirements
- Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of experience, including technical engineering/manufacturing and client-facing roles like account management or consulting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial business exposure and understanding of budget cycles.
- Ability to independently create and deliver executive-level presentations.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent business experience.
- Prior Customer Success experience.
