What you will do

• Act as player-coach to build V1 Spatial System, own image pipeline delivery, and set technical standards for collaborative editing protocols.
• Lead design of modular, plugin-based architecture with SDKs and APIs for 8+ product teams to overlay data on maps.
• Oversee data ingestion systems transforming blueprints, CAD files, and imagery into vector data using ML and automated processing.
• Hire and mentor founding team of 4-6 engineers, establish engineering culture including code reviews and RFC processes focused on graphics and spatial math.
• Partner with stakeholders as technical diplomat to negotiate boundaries and ensure unified experience across product suite.

Requirements

• US work authorization or eligibility; company sponsors and takes over employment visas
• Execution bias and technical grit for zero-to-one builds, shipping high-utility foundations quickly.
• Strategic communication to negotiate technical boundaries with product teams.
• Deep UI experience leading complex state-heavy web/mobile apps with performance optimization for interactive entities (React, WebGL/WebGPU, Swift/Kotlin).
• Experience building sophisticated data pipelines for unstructured data at scale using ML, ETL, or geometric algorithms.
