Employee Experience Program Manager (Manufacturing): Designing and operating end-to-end employee experience programs and rituals to shape company culture in a high-growth aerospace environment with an accent on scalability and operational rigor. Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Translate company values into tangible programs and daily rituals that reinforce culture as the company scales.
- Manage a 12-month employee experience calendar featuring monthly intentional connection moments.
- Produce monthly All Hands meetings, including storytelling arcs, run-of-show, and speaker preparation.
- Plan and execute company offsites, team events, and office presence programming.
- Own the end-to-end swag strategy, including sourcing, vendor management, and distribution cadence.
- Analyze engagement metrics and pulse surveys to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in employee experience, people programs, or program management in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable employee programs from concept to adoption.
- Strong program and project management fundamentals with high attention to detail.
- Experience owning company-wide moments such as All Hands and large-scale offsites.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels without formal authority.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a culture function from the ground up in a high-growth company.
- Background in operationally complex environments like manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
- Expertise in designing onboarding programs or recognition frameworks.
- Familiarity with employee engagement tools (e.g., Lattice, Culture Amp) or HRIS systems.
- Certifications in program management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or organizational development.
