Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (expected in office at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $180,000 - $365,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and deliver customer-specific enablement programs, workshops, and "build your first agent" labs for engineering and security audiences.
• Drive adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities such as subagents, hooks, and MCP servers tailored to customer stacks and CI/CD workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams to scope, run, and instrument success criteria for strategic pre-sale pilots.
• Develop production-quality demo apps, reference architectures, and technical content (tutorials, blog posts) on the Claude Developer Platform.
• Deliver technical talks, keynotes, and live-coded demos at customer all-hands and builder summits.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide field signal on enterprise developer needs and frictions.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Developer Relations.
• Strong builder credibility with a career history as a software engineer, founder, or solutions engineer.
• Proven ability to ship working demos and steer agents through non-trivial tasks live.
• Experience delivering technical training and workshops to platform engineers and enterprise architects.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA to comply with the hybrid office policy.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site enablement, pilots, and customer events.
