• Develop production-grade code alongside advanced agents and orchestrate agentic workflows.
• Design stacked architectures with algorithmic guardrails to constrain stochastic LLM outputs.
• Champion continuous refactoring, micro-modular design, and extreme code readability.
• Adapt quality methodologies like TDD, BDD, and mutation testing to modern AI paradigms.
• Engage in direct technical collaboration with senior peers to debate trade-offs and maintain high shipping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record in both agile startup environments and scaled enterprise organizations.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows as of 2026.
• Fluency in at least one mainstream programming language with the ability to learn others fluidly.
• Working depth with Git, CI/CD, containerization, and modern testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
