What you will do

• Assist senior field engineers with system commissioning, validation, and testing activities.
• Perform configuration and commissioning of AV equipment following documented procedures.
• Troubleshoot AV and IP-based network systems on-site.
• Maintain detailed documentation of field observations and testing results.
• Prepare and manage tools and test equipment for field use.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interest in AV or technical systems through education or hands-on experience.
• Basic understanding of signal flow and AV system components.
• Audinate Introduction to IP Networking for AV Systems certification (or ability to obtain).
• Extron AV Associate certification (or ability to obtain).
• Willingness to travel and work on active construction or commercial sites.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• AVIXA Recognized Technologist Certificate.
• DSP certifications from Biamp, QSC, or BSS.
• Control certifications from QSC, Extron, or Crestron.
• Experience with cable termination, racking, or low-voltage installations.
• OSHA-10 or other safety certifications.
