What you will do

• Oversee the company’s investment portfolio and develop sophisticated financial models for capital allocation, including buybacks and M&A funding.
• Direct global cash positioning and forecasting, optimizing the SaaS cash conversion cycle and managing recurring billing nuances.
• Act as the primary Business Lead for the global rollout of Kyriba, defining treasury workflows and ensuring technical ERP integrations.
• Execute capital market transactions, develop FX and interest rate hedging strategies, and manage annual insurance program renewals.
• Mentor and lead a treasury team while maintaining rigorous internal controls and SOX documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a public high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale investment portfolios and present with executive-level precision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred).
• Experience leading a full-lifecycle implementation of a Tier-1 TMS, preferably Kyriba.
• Must be based in the United States.
