What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate global logistics for accommodation, travel arrangements, and event setup.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and venues to secure cost-effective services.
• Provide on-site and off-site support at global events, assisting with attendee check-in and execution.
• Maintain event data, attendee lists, and track feedback to improve future events.
• Provide administrative support to the Global Events Lead, including scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in events coordination, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• English language proficiency.
