What you will do

• Build AI-powered POCs and internal tools to solve real business use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows involving data, prompts, tools, APIs, and UI.
• Develop practical decision logic, prioritization systems, and guardrails.
• Partner with Product on discovery, validation, and iteration.
• Distinguish between problems solvable via prompting and engineering versus those requiring deep ML investment.
• Own implementation quality across reliability, maintainability, and usability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs.
• Experience using coding agents to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Proficiency with SQL and managing messy real-world data.
• Ability to design prompts, structured outputs, and tool-driven workflows.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to ship quickly without compromising quality.
• Must be based in Europe for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, evals, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in Fintech, lending, or workflow-tooling.
