What you will do

• Design, refine, and maintain prompts for AI applications across various use cases.
• Translate ambiguous business or user needs into structured prompt strategies and interaction flows.
• Test and evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create seamless AI-powered user experiences.
• Develop prompt libraries, best practices, and documentation for internal teams.
• Monitor user feedback and usage patterns to continuously improve AI behavior.

Requirements

• Experience in prompt engineering, conversation design, UX writing, or product design.
• Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), user research, or behavioral design.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, or conversational AI platforms.
• Ability to analyze outputs, identify patterns, and make data-informed improvements.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Professional proficiency in English.
