What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents automating customer service workflows across digital and voice channels using conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel capabilities.
• Own full AI agent lifecycle including architecture, prompting strategies, observability, evaluation, feedback loops, and continuous optimization for complex interactions.
• Build secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems like CRM, commerce platforms, and operational systems via APIs, services, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop full-stack solutions including web interfaces, backend services, prototypes, and reusable components for end-to-end AI automation.
• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into technical architectures, prototypes, and production-ready solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to prototype innovations, provide field insights, and contribute to product roadmap and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI & agent systems: Large Language Models, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, conversational AI architecture.
• Full-stack development: backend services/APIs, web/conversational interfaces, integration layers, data pipelines.
• Enterprise integrations: REST APIs/microservices, CRM/business systems, knowledge/data stores, identity/access management.
• Ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders on complex business challenges.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
