What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agent workflows and orchestration patterns, including single and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing platforms using APIs, plugins, and function calling.
• Define and enforce guardrails for agent behavior and permissions in collaboration with product and security teams.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and templates for adoption across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the data platform team to enable AI-driven analytics and reporting tools.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and feedback loops for deployed AI workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML, automation, or agentic systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS Bedrock).
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms, including Lambda, Fargate, and Glue, and infrastructure managed via Terraform.
• Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in regulated industries, specifically Financial Services.
