Technical Project Manager (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle of application and system projects from intake through delivery using SAFe DevSecOps frameworks.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment across products, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical leads on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure modernization.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Agile methodologies and tools.
• Provide reporting on milestones, risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Present plans, roadmaps, and progress to VA leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate teams to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field.
• 8+ years managing IT projects, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong experience leading complex projects in Agile environments (SAFe preferred).
• Proven ability to communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executives.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and metrics.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting federal government or VA projects.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
