What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for software licenses, hardware, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing, service levels, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research and benchmark pricing to identify potential suppliers and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to evaluate and select vendors based on business and budget constraints.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics and report key KPIs to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years specialized in IT procurement.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing IT procurement initiatives from initiation through execution.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with eSourcing, contract management, and spend analysis tools.
