What you will do

Design and execute a multi-year procurement strategy aligned with business OKRs and growth plans.
Lead sourcing and negotiation activities across Technology/SaaS, Marketing, Professional Services, and Operations.
Negotiate complex commercial structures involving AI/GenAI data rights, cloud services, and technical SLA frameworks.
Implement supplier segmentation, KPIs, scorecards, and performance governance frameworks.
Lead the implementation and optimization of P2P, eSourcing, and spend analytics platforms.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market trends, sourcing risks, and vendor strategies.

Requirements

10+ years in procurement with 5+ years of experience leading teams.
Proven leadership and category depth in Technology/SaaS, Professional Services, and Marketing.
Advanced capability in negotiating AI/GenAI supplier contracts and complex SaaS agreements.
Strong command of commercial strategy, financial analysis, and supplier risk frameworks.
Proficiency with P2P systems, ERP integrations, and advanced Excel/BI tools.
Must be based in or able to work from the Gibraltar office in a hybrid format.
