What you will do

• Support processing and monitoring of critical CAT systems and assist with integration into Production.
• Create and execute install plans, coordinate with teams during night and off-hours releases.
• Track software changes and approvals across QA, CAT, and Production environments.
• Respond to system issues and escalations to minimize downtime and financial risk.
• Archive and maintain operational and change management documentation for audit readiness.
• Train Operators on procedures, share knowledge, and contribute to onboarding and transitions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, site leadership, and support teams; recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Associate’s with substantial experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years in operations, systems support, or technical environment.
• Working proficiency in Unix, Linux, JBOSS, DB2, Telnet, and Remote Desktop.
• Familiarity with scripting and proprietary tools like Aurora, ES Suite, ProSys.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear communication for documentation and training.
• Ability to handle high-impact releases and incidents calmly; share on-call responsibilities.
