Location: Must be based in Mexico or available to work Mexican timezone hours (9am - 6pm CST)

What you will do

• Investigate source of funds and conduct transactional analysis of customer activity.
• Identify suspicious activity and trends to report internally to the local MLRO.
• Manage first-party and third-party fraud to ensure user and societal safety.
• Maintain up-to-date logs and registers.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve compliance processes.
• Assist in writing and updating procedural documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial crime.
• Prior experience in payments, Fintech, or crypto.
• Ability to work Mexican timezone hours (9am - 6pm CST).
• Comfort with fast-paced, minimally structured startup environments.
• Interest in developing compliance standards for emerging technologies.
