Business Analyst Middle [AML Origination] (Fintech): Designing and optimizing AML and compliance processes within customer onboarding and origination flows with an accent on KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and risk-based decisioning. Location: Worldwide. Flexible work from one of the company hubs (Mexico, Serbia, Cyprus, Georgia) or remote.

What you will do
- Gather and document requirements for AML checks within customer onboarding flows.
- Design complex flows for KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and onboarding decisioning.
- Integrate questionnaire data into transaction profiling models and design blacklist/exclusion processes.
- Define requirements for handling external data provider hits, such as LexisNexis.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams (BPMN, UML).
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle and UAT.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management within fintech or banking.
- Strong background in AML & Compliance, specifically KYC/CDD, sanctions, and onboarding controls.
- Experience designing and optimizing onboarding or origination processes.
- Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN or UML.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and basic SQL or spreadsheets.
- Fluent English and readiness to work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with external data providers (e.g., LexisNexis).
- Experience working with risk models or scoring systems.
