What you will do
- Support Customer Success and Account Management teams with operational needs.
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track business performance.
- Manage case queues efficiently and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate with the Collections Team to manage customer suspensions and warnings.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting processes.
- Escalate critical system and process challenges to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, deal desk, data integrity, finance, or business analytics.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced Private Equity technology companies.
- Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) and Microsoft/Google suites.
- Bachelorβs Degree.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders constructively.
