What you will do

• Manage daily operations of flagship stores on JD.com and 1688, ensuring platform stability and policy adherence.
• Coordinate product onboarding, including SKU setup, pricing configuration, and technical content preparation.
• Serve as the primary contact for online customer inquiries, technical consultations, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with business goals.
• Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce platform operations, preferably with B2B industrial products.
• Hands-on experience with JD.com or 1688 platforms.
• Basic data analysis capabilities to interpret platform metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tianjin, China.
