What you will do

  • Lead channel strategy and content programming for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and redbull.com.
  • Develop and produce social-first content tailored to the Hong Kong market with a focus on local relevancy and strong branding.
  • Expand and manage the creator and influencer network to unlock new audience potential and drive word-of-mouth.
  • Build relationships with Gen Z-focused media to increase content visibility and discoverability.
  • Analyze social media and website performance to translate data into actionable business plans.
  • Manage agencies and freelancers to ensure all deliverables align with the established strategic plan.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital media, programming, and content production.
  • Proven experience in running social media accounts and websites.
  • Fluency in Cantonese & English (verbal & written).
  • Strong network of production partners in sports, lifestyle, and culture.
  • Ability to translate data into strategy and concrete initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or Business.
