Salary: $162,000 - $243,000 USD

What you will do

• Direct and manage a team of Project Directors and Project Managers on a global platform.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinical programs and serve as the primary escalation point for study sponsors.
• Optimize profitability and manage resource allocations to meet established budget and quality goals.
• Select, train, and develop talent in project leadership positions through coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Development on opportunity development, proposals, budgeting, and bid defenses.
• Measure and report KPIs to lead continuous improvement across the project management organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research, including extensive project and line management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex and global trials.
• Specific experience with Rheumatology and Oncology therapeutic areas.
