What you will do

• Lead and deploy QCDMS across the shift to achieve departmental and UPS targets.
• Own shift-level KPI performance and drive structured improvements aligned with mid-term strategy.
• Manage and develop supervisors through coaching, feedback, and clear performance expectations.
• Deliver sustained output improvements through SPM optimization, press availability, and shift control discipline.
• Ensure daily production plans align with capacity, cost targets, and customer demand.
• Oversee shift-level budgetary control and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading people in a high-volume manufacturing operation.
• Strong understanding of QCDMS, continuous improvement, and visual management.
• Track record of improving KPI performance under pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of safety risk assessments and safety KPI reporting.
• Experience handling disciplinaries, appraisals, and manpower planning.

Nice to have

• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical background in press operations or die engineering.
• Experience working at a strategic level within a structured production system.
