Location: Hybrid - must be based in the UK and able to work 2 days a week in the Guildford or London office
Salary: £52,000 – £59,500

What you will do
- Create insight-driven customer propositions and messaging frameworks aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
- Define and deliver go-to-market strategies for products and services to strengthen market perception and drive growth.
- Identify and commission customer research to derive actionable insights for strategy development.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to align priorities and gain commitment for GTM activities.
- Develop robust business cases and ROI expectations to secure necessary budget and resources.
- Lead matrix teams and projects to ensure customer insights are embedded in product development from the start.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, customer propositions, or product marketing.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic direction and clear narratives.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex projects across multiple business areas.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative customer research.
- Ability to work comfortably with uncertainty and make commercial judgements with partial information.
- Must be based in the UK and available for hybrid work in Guildford/London.
