TL;DR

Technical Customer Implementation Consultant: Define and document customer technical and data requirements for D&B API data products with an accent on integration projects, best practices advice, and issue resolution. Focus on troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring team members, and leading continuous improvement projects including hands-on development and enhancements.

What you will do

  • Define and document customer technical and data requirements for individual or all customers using a product.
  • Interact with customers remotely or on-site for product installation, upgrades, training, support, and consulting.
  • Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot technical and performance issues with customers, D&B team, vendors, and partners.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and monitoring for applications, ensuring optimal availability, response time, and data timeliness.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and project manage implementations including requirements, design, development, QA, and training.
  • Document learnings from troubleshooting and share with team members.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience defining and building functional solution architectures for multi-layered, distributed systems
  • Minimum 8 years in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure; hands-on coding in Java, C++, C#, or equivalent
  • Experience collecting and documenting requirements as user stories & use cases
  • Familiar with designing distributed systems using UML, RUP, Agile, Waterfall
  • Broad knowledge of Java (Spring, Eclipse), .NET, XML, SQL, JSON, SOAP, REST, HTML
  • Strong project management, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Information Systems or related
  • Fluency in English and relevant market languages
