What you will do
- Execute the EMEA demand generation plan, managing campaign calendars and tracking MQL performance.
- Run paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication.
- Optimize lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and alignment with lead scoring.
- Identify target accounts using intent data platforms to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI) in collaboration with Data and Analytics teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within the IT/SaaS sector.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
- Must be based in Reading, UK.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
