What you will do

  • Execute the EMEA demand generation plan, managing campaign calendars and tracking MQL performance.
  • Run paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication.
  • Optimize lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and alignment with lead scoring.
  • Identify target accounts using intent data platforms to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI) in collaboration with Data and Analytics teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within the IT/SaaS sector.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Must be based in Reading, UK.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
