What you will do
- Lead the launch of the Instagram channel in Germany and grow LinkedIn and YouTube presence across Germany and the UK.
- Execute the social media strategy and maintain detailed content calendars.
- Produce platform-native assets, focusing on high-quality short-form video production.
- Identify and create authentic regional stories by collaborating with hospitality clients.
- Act as the primary voice for German and British communities through active engagement.
- Monitor growth and reach using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
- Native-level German and high proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of end-to-end content production from scripting to publishing.
- Proficiency with Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Monday.com, and Jira.
- Ability to analyze social metrics and translate them into strategic improvements.
- Experience leveraging AI and video tools to scale content production.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling social media channels in new international markets.
- Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
- Strong affinity for the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
