hirify.global builds hirify.globalDB, a PostgreSQL-compatible distributed database designed for cloud-native applications, focusing on resilience and horizontal scalability.

What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise logos to expand the company's footprint in the EMEA region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pricing, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Meet and exceed established sales quotas through strategic account management.
  • Lead product demonstrations in collaboration with Sales Engineering.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive demand and generate a healthy lead pipeline.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in selling enterprise software within the infrastructure space, preferably with database experience.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle tech sales, from pipeline generation to closing.
  • Experience successfully partnering with Fortune 500 customers.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of coachability.
  • Location: Must be based in EMEA (UK, Benelux).
