What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve CR IMS incidents, collaborating with end-users, CRD vendor, and internal teams including Asia batch processes.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance, proactively addressing anomalies.
• Manage defect backlogs using Salesforce and JIRA, advocating for improvements with CRD.
• Configure and maintain CR IMS for investment workflows like portfolio management, trade orders, compliance, and risk.
• Conduct workflow testing in lower environments, support patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery.
• Provide user training, stay updated on platform advancements, and lead service reviews with vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Prior CRD bootcamp or Charles River University completion (version 17R1+)
• In-depth knowledge of investment workflows: portfolio management, trade order management, compliance, risk
• Strong CR IMS skills: Manager Workbench, Trading Blotter, Post-Trade, compliance mechanisms
• Intermediate T-SQL querying, broad cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure), network troubleshooting
• Experience supporting CR IMS or front-office systems to buy-side investment/trading users
• Knowledge of ServiceNow/ITIL, Excel macros with market data APIs

Nice to have

• Investment certifications (e.g., CFA L1)

• Experience with vendor trading platforms (Portware, Flextrade, Bloomberg EMSX)
