What you will do

• Manage projects and portfolios from conception to completion, covering software development, cost savings, and process improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Implement and monitor project management processes and ensure compliance across functional groups.
• Communicate project status and escalate critical issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and conduct project management training sessions and materials.
• Support PMO operational tasks to link organizational strategies with project goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related 4-year course.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or managing projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically managing Software Development Projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with various organizational levels and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
