What you will do

• Lead strategic development projects including ERP transformations and IT integrations in M&A.
• Manage projects end-to-end from planning, execution, deployment, to business adoption.

• Act as the link between business and IT, aligning scope, goals, timelines, and benefits.
• Coordinate global stakeholders to deliver on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT and business transformation projects or program management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP-related change management.
• Experience working with industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Relevant degree and fluent in English.
