Location: Galway, Ireland. Requires to be onsite 3-4 days a week.

Salary: 81,120 - 121,680 EUR

What you will do

• Lead operational aspects of New Product Development and Released Product Management projects within the PMO.
• Build and maintain cross-functional project schedules from first principles.
• Establish and continuously improve PMO processes, guidelines, tools, and templates.
• Monitor project delivery and manage changing priorities through rigorous schedule management.
• Coordinate resource management, reporting, program updates, and business reviews.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees and support QMS audit and inspection preparations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (or 5+ with Master's, 3+ with PhD).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Galway, Ireland (3-4 days per week).
• Strong leadership and communication skills for collaboration within global cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management tools.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
