What you will do

• Plan and deliver assigned software projects using feature-driven development methodology.
• Draft, negotiate, and agree upon Statements of Work (SOW) with clients.
• Manage project revenue forecasting and financial tracking both internally and externally.
• Facilitate alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure flawless execution.
• Drive initiatives to continually improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in software product delivery.
• Proven track record of client interaction and managing cross-functional teams, ideally in Fintech.
• Must be based in and eligible to work in Ireland.
• English: High standard (C1) required.
• Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification.
• Strong technical literacy to effectively challenge details across technical and functional teams.
