What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, driving standardization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and manage dependencies.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Support governance councils, manage prioritization, portfolios, and error budgets.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on project health, budgets, and SRE SLOs.
• Coordinate change, release, and rollout of SRE tools and Infrastructure-as-Code updates.
• Manage stakeholder communications and service transition handoffs.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from Ireland
• Strong project and program management experience in technical environments
• Proven Scrum Master expertise with Agile methodologies
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience across IT infrastructure, networking, and security domains
• Strong organizational skills in data management, dashboards, and document control
• Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Gantt charts, and reporting platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
