Salary: $80k–$95k plus a 10% bonus structure

What you will do
- Manage brand and creative projects from intake through delivery, acting as the central point of contact for timelines and scope.
- Review and translate creative briefs and stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks for designers.
- Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and documentation using Asana.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals to ensure work aligns with brand standards and briefs.
- Manage the creative asset library, including organization in SharePoint and the DAM.
- Uphold and negotiate SLAs for creative work to protect quality and team capacity.
Requirements
- Experience independently managing creative or marketing projects, ideally in an in-house brand environment.
- Ability to assess brief readiness and translate inputs into structured work.
- Proven track record of tracking timelines and managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills for guiding feedback conversations with designers and partners.
- Solid understanding of creative workflows from brief to delivery.
- Must be located in Manchester, NH
Nice to have
- Experience with brand campaigns or content initiatives.
- Comfort with creative terminology and file types.
- Exposure to Agile, sprint-based, or iterative workflows.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
