What you will do
- Support the Programme Manager in delivering workstreams using structured project management practices including RAID, scheduling, and reporting.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development for Workday modules.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories for configuration and development teams.
- Coordinate Workday design, build, SIT/UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery against scope.
- Conduct impact assessments and ensure operational alignment before go-live.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in technology transformation.
- Proven experience in ERP implementations across Finance, Operations, or HR domains.
- Deep understanding of core financial processes such as R2R, O2C, and P2P.
- Proficiency in process mapping (Visio), requirements documentation, and UAT management.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Dublin, Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Financials or other tier-1 ERPs like Oracle or SAP.
- Project Management or BA certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP.
- Experience in financial services or fund administration.
