Salary: $137,500 - $183,500 USD

What you will do

• Deliver compelling technical presentations and live demonstrations of hirify.global Enterprise products to prospective clients.
• Manage enterprise software trials and Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations, mapping business values to customer objectives.
• Provide consultative guidance on security best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Engage stakeholders from engineers to CISOs to influence decision-making and identify new strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback and help shape future product innovations.
• Travel up to 50% to support key customer engagements and high-impact cybersecurity events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical sales role with a track record as a successful sales engineer.
• Proven ability to lead and win technical proof-of-value (PoV) engagements with strategic enterprise customers.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (No F1-OPT, H-1B, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Recognized thought leadership in cybersecurity and experience in public speaking.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics during high-pressure demonstrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with vulnerability management, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), or Operational Technology.
• Knowledge of Container Security (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI Security (LLM and agent risks).
• Ability to leverage Python SDKs, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Terraform for automation.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like CIS, FISMA, PCI, and NIST AI RMF.
• BS in Computer Science and certifications such as CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, or CKA.
