Salary: $138,500 - $213,000

What you will do

• Review system designs and consult with engineers to identify and remediate security issues.
• Propose and drive architectural improvements to address classes of security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement cloud and infrastructure security architecture and overall strategy.
• Manage automated security testing tools, including cloud security posture management and image scanners.
• Integrate security solutions into CI pipelines to enable shift-left security practices.
• Promote DevSecOps principles and implement IaC scanning for Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security, SRE, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and ecosystem tools like helm and ArgoCD.
• Production experience with AWS services (IAM, SCPs, VPC, CloudTrail, AWS Organizations).
• Proficiency with Terraform.
• Experience developing custom actions or workflows in GitHub or GitLab.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP.
• Scala or JVM ecosystem experience.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with AWS EKS or Panther SIEM.
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter notebooks.
