Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX) - requires 1 day in-office per week

What you will do

• Secure hirify.global's global network and enterprise systems in collaboration with engineering and IT teams.
• Deploy and manage global-scale security tools and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement security frameworks for the adoption of AI and Machine Learning across the organization.
• Perform risk reviews and evaluations of system configurations to mitigate potential threats.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new security tooling and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex situations into actionable requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a deep understanding of securing server infrastructure.
• Strong experience with public cloud security (GCP, Azure) and securing Google Workspace.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Golang, or Bash.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems, including EDR functionalities.
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
