What you will do

• Deliver high-impact in-game video content aligned with the Project Lead's creative vision.
• Interpret scripts and prepare gameplay states for capture.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce premium social cutdowns from campaign assets.
• Monitor gaming and social trends to proactively evolve the content approach.
• Utilize in-engine tools to achieve cinematic, world-class results.
• Partner with hirify.global Publishing and IP partners to elevate storytelling.

Requirements

• Passion for creating video content and staying current with gaming social trends.
• Ability to transform concepts and ideas into engaging visual narratives.
• Basic understanding of film language, structure, pacing, and editing.
• Strong eye for scene composition.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the UK to support a hybrid work model (typically 3 days a week in-studio).

Nice to have

• Interest in 2D motion graphics.
• Knowledge of audio editing and engaging voice-over delivery.
• Experience with live filming, camera, and light settings.
• Passion for both games and film.
