What you will do

• Create engaging content including features and music pieces in partnership with editors
• Develop programme concepts and new ideas
• Build highlights and analysis packages
• Coordinate replay operations in studio gallery and outside broadcasts
• Produce and direct multi-camera and basic studio shoots
• Deliver programmes across platforms and collaborate with digital, social, and news teams
• Research stories, stats, and background for features and live productions
• Perform desktop editing

Requirements

• Strong passion and knowledge for Cricket and/or NFL (Cricket preferable)
• Experience creating sport content across TV and digital platforms
• Good understanding of multi-platform production techniques and editing practices
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong script-writing and editorial judgement
• Confidence working independently and collaborating with producers and editors
• Broad sports knowledge, creativity, enthusiasm, and determination
• Self-motivated approach and strong people skills
