What you will do

• Build and scale backend services for customer onboarding and tenant management systems.
• Automate manual onboarding steps to enable smoother, faster, and increasingly self-serve experiences.
• Decouple downstream systems from the onboarding pipeline to improve architecture.
• Develop APIs and data workflows to solve technical challenges related to large-scale customer provisioning.
• Collaborate within distributed teams using asynchronous and written communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong coding and problem-solving skills.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python or Golang.
• Solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
• Experience building and operating features and components from scratch.
• Must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with AWS services and deployment practices.
