Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 per year + Bonus + Stock

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for enterprise customers from kickoff through successful integration.
• Build and maintain integration scripts, tooling, and documentation to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, translating customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
• Diagnose integration issues across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to drive them to resolution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Develop reusable onboarding playbooks and internal tooling to scale the deployment process.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or another backend language with ability to write production-quality code.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data infrastructure tools.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at an AI/ML or developer tools company.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, or ML model deployment.
• Experience with enterprise software environments including SSO, VPCs, and data residency requirements.
• Background in customer-facing engineering roles such as professional services or solutions engineering.
