What you will do

• Support the accounting team with cash application activities.
• Evaluate the cash applications process to ensure timely collections from customers.
• Identify and recommend specific areas for process improvement and automation.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to support business process scalability.
• Participate in the reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Handle customer outreach regarding accounts receivable balances.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
• Experience with AI solutioning via tools such as Gemini or Claude.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for hybrid work.

• Desire to learn about the SaaS business model and recurring revenue mechanics.
