Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days in-office presence required)

What you will do

• Support tax and treasury functions to ensure timely completion of monthly and quarterly projects.
• Organize accounting data to create specialized reports, forms for tax projections, and treasury cash flow forecasting.
• Utilize spreadsheets and databases for tax compliance, provision reporting, and entity-based cash flow tracking.
• Execute ad-hoc Tax, Treasury, or Accounting projects as required.
• Provide administrative and general support to the accounting team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Availability to work full-time for a duration of 3 months.
• Mandatory in-office presence in Austin, Texas, 3 days a week.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial data discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of data management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
