What you will do

• Analyze builder behavior and conduct user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities in health data AI applications.
• Develop concrete, actionable market segments and evaluate their potential and speed of execution.
• Synthesize signals from usage logs, support threads, and integration patterns into product improvements.
• Monitor AI forums, GitHub, and niche bio/health communities to identify emerging product patterns.
• Provide the product and GTM teams with decision-grade direction on prioritization and messaging.
• Create concise, actionable artifacts such as short memos and briefs to drive rapid decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in London.
• AI-native mindset with habitual use of LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to synthesize incomplete data into actionable strategic reads and accept calculated risks.
• Strong systems thinking regarding products, data, incentives, and distribution.
• Proven ability to produce brutally clear and directly actionable written work.
• Comfortable challenging leadership assumptions with evidence-based insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in product research or strategy at a startup, venture fund, or product organization.
• Hands-on experience building AI products, agents, or data pipelines.
• Prior professional work involving health data or longitudinal health studies.
