Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• MBA or tech-business operations experience advantageous.
• Proven juggling of multiple high-stakes projects and rallying cross-functional teams.
• Solid grasp of software development, product management, and engineering workflows with technical depth to collaborate with engineers and PMs.
• Experience in conversational design, customer experience strategy, and deploying production-scale AI.
• Sharp communicator able to distill technical details for non-technical audiences, with strong critical thinking and stakeholder alignment.
